Oregon Mobile Notary Services LLC (OMNS LLC) and Oregon Online Notary LLC are owned by Anne Hargens. I have worked as a real estate professional in Portland, Oregon for 20 years. My background includes real estate sales and title insurance. Buying and refinancing real estate can be a stressful process. To offset that, I prioritize communication, preparation, and respect for a signer’s time.
