Oregon Mobile Notary Services, LLC (OMNS) is wholly owned by Anne M. Hargens.   OMNS provides signing services for real estate and legal professionals throughout the Portland metropolitan area.  Services include resale, refinance, new construction, and double-document signings.  In addition to traditional real-estate signings, OMNS provides notarization services for jurats and power of attorney in addition to other typical real estate documents.  OMNS conducts in office signings and signings at the client’s preferred location.
